School

I can't believe Charity-Ann is already in the third grade. She is growing so fast!! I am so proud of her but a part of me wishes she was still my "little girl".

Teenagers and Concerts

Ok, so I don't know if I am allowed to call Charity-Ann a teenager yet but I hope so because she acts like one & honestly, she is not a kid anymore. I made what I thought was a "good idea" and took Charity-Ann to her first concert. After all it was only David Archuleta, nothing "hard rock". But to my dismay, halfway through the concert Charity-Ann said "mom, I know I am not allowed to like boys yet but David Archuleta is so HOT, him and Zac Efron." I didn't have time to gasp or even catch my heart as it fell to my stomach. What am I to do with an 8 year old going on 16? Someone help me.

Holidays

I love the holiday season. I get to be "merry & bright" and not have an excuse. This year has been one of my favorite holidays to date. Charity-Ann and I have spent so much time with my mom and sister's this year largly to my mom having had surgery and my schedule was opened up dramaticly. Ir felt like every second I wasn't at work & she wasn't at school, we were helping my mom or playing games with my sisters. It was so nice to be able to spend the holidays with them. I will remember this for years to come.

11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? A 22 shot gun from my dad. I guess I will never be the "little boy" he always wanted.
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? Christmas Vacation and Elf
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? I have to wait until last minute or else I will over shop and spend to much money.
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? I want to say no except for a white elephant gift.
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Summer Sasage and Cheese.
16. Lights on the tree? Yes. Thanks to my Artificial tree that comes with the lights.

18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Travel, it's a must Charity-Ann & I share Christmas with her dad so we always end up traveling.
19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeers? Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner and Blitzen and then there is that one with the "red nose"... Rudolf
20. Angel on the tree top or a star? Neither. I have a beautiful silver bow.
21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Christmas Eve we get to open our traditional Christmas pj's that we wear to bed and open presents in the morning.
22. Favorite ornament theme or color? I have Red bulbs and silver bows.
23. Favorite for Christmas dinner? Anything as long as my family is there.
24. What do you want for Christmas this year? Oh, I don't need anything this year, just love and hope and faith for my family and friends.

26. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? That people forget the true meaning of Christmas is not about the gifts they get.

It's Official

I am now an official Real Estate Agent. My License came in the mail today & I am so ecstatic to finally start working. I have been waiting ever so patiently (as patient as I get anyway) for my license to come. It seems like from the time I passed my test until the time my license actually arrived was FOREVER!!! I guess in reality it wasn't that long but man, it felt that way, anyway you are looking at the agent, Rebecca Bundy!!! Woo-hoo
